Making Changes to a Trip Plan
Trip Plans can be edited at any time after they have been submitted however if the trip has already been through the approval process, some changes may trigger a re-approval of the trip.
From the 'Trip Plans' page, you can click the three dots under the Actions heading to bring a list of actions you can take up. Click on 'Edit trip' to open up your trip plan to make your changes.
Alternatively, if you are viewing the trip in detail, you can click on the EDIT button at the bottom of the summary window.
If an approved trip is no longer going ahead, then it can be cancelled by clicking the 'CANCEL TRIP' button. You will be asked to provide a reason for cancelling the trip and once you click the CONFIRM button, the trip status will update to cancelled and an email will be sent to the traveller (and travel arranger) and a copy to the approvers to advise of the cancellation.
