Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Nutrip!

This guide will make sure that you are all ready before you get on planning your first trip.

  1. Setup your profile
  2. Identify your emergency contacts (advised)
  3. Fill in your passport details (optional)

Step 1. Setup your profile

First things first, when you sign in for the first time, you will be greeted with a "user setup" page:
This page aims to facilitate onboarding with Nutrip by making sure that essential user information is keyed in.  Also note that users can view and edit their First name and Last name, but if your organisation has enabled "user profile synchronisation", most of this form will be read-only and the information can only be changed by contacting your organisation.
The information stored within your profile is used to help with trip planning, a few items are worth noting:
  • Default Cost Centre: this is pre-filled as your Cost Centre when creating a new trip plan.
  • Default Fund: this is pre-filled for you when adding a new Budget row in trip plan.
  • Default Currency: this is pre-filled for you when creating a new trip plan.
  • Location: this is used as your default start location when creating a new trip plan.

If anything needs amending, feel free to click on the "Edit" button and update your details.

Note: if your organisation has a direct integration with our application, this profile is overridden every time you log in, in such case, it is best to seek support within your organisation on how to update your company account profile.

Step 2. Add your emergency contacts

Add your emergency contacts.  While not mandatory, it is highly advised to fill in at least one emergency contact, this information will be used and shared only if needed in case of emergency.

Step 3. Add your passport details (optional)

This is an optional step and this information is only shared with your travel arranger when he/she needs it to book trips for you. Don't forget to upload an image of your passport (you can upload a photo on your mobile) as most travel agents needs this to make international bookings (and it's hand to have this information available at your fingertips).

Step 4. Add your membership details (optional)

This is an optional step and this information is only shared with your travel arranger when he/she needs it to book trips for you. Add your airline frequent flyer details, hotel and car hire membership details.
