Email Links
Nutrip uses third party links within our email communications to understand how users are engaging with messages generated from our platform. This gives us an understanding of how users are engaging with the platform, for example:
- the percentage of users that click on approval links directly or log into the platform to complete a task;
- the time it takes a user to respond to an email task, i.e., clicking on a link to approve a trip; and
- whether travellers have received, viewed and clicked on the confirmation emails prior to their scheduled departure.
It also helps us diagnose any email delivery issues.
Links are used to help us understand how users are interacting with our platform so we can continue to improve the services we deliver.
Email links are NOT used to actively track the whereabout of users, nor is the data sent or provided to third parties other than for the sole purpose of delivering services to our customers.
