A primary travel arranger is a person within the organisation that you have authorised access to your profile to manage travel on your behalf.

Delegated Travel Arranger

A delegated travel arranger is a person within the organisation who has been granted access to your profile by your primary travel arranger. This allows the delegated travel arranger to manage travel on your behalf when your primary travel arranger is not able to do so.
