Monash University Travel Approval System
Use of the University’s travel approval platform requires you to provide the University with personal information so that the University can fulfil its duty of care in managing your safety while travelling on behalf of the University. This information may extend to the following, especially when travelling internationally and/or to high risk destinations:
- Your detailed itinerary;
- Passport and/or Visa details;
- Personal health details; and
- Contact details of persons and/or organisations as emergency contacts while you are travelling.
The University has contracted the travel approval platform provided by Nutrip Pty Ltd to deliver the service in which this data is managed.
