FBT Report

The FBT Report gives insight into FBT expenditures for trips which have at least 1 internal traveller.

Filters on

Cost Centre: Filters on trip's cost centre. If you select a parent unit, all child units will be included
Date range: Filters on trip's start dates (inclusive). For example: a date range of 01-01-2021 ~ 05-01-2021 will include trips which start between 1st and 5th. A trip's start date is calculated based on it's first destination.

Budgeted Amount is converted your default currency

Summary

All Trips: Filters on trips have been Approved/Confirmed/Finalised
Dual Purpose Trip: Filters on trips have been Approved/Confirmed/Finalised and has at least 1 private travel day
Completed Trips Finalised: Filters on trips have been Finalised
Completed Trips Not Yet Finalised: Filters on trips have been Approved/Confirmed
