Traveller Tracker
The Traveller Tracker allows you to have a quick glance at where your travellers are.
Map
Each blue dot on the map represents a destination as part of a traveller's trip. If a trip has multiple destinations, each location will be displayed on the map.
Filters
- Organisation unit: Filters the trips based on the traveller's organisation unit. Selecting a parent unit will include all it's child units.
- Date range: Filters on the trip's start and end dates (inclusive). For example, a date range of 1st to 5th will include trips which start and ends between these dates.
- Trips in Progress: Filters on trips which are currently in progress including those which start or end today.
Future Trips: Filters on trips which start after today.
Notes
- The report will only display the trips within your organisational unit. You will need to contact your system administrator (internal Travel Help Desk) if you require access to data within other areas of the organisation.
- Nominally, you should be able to view traveller contact details, emergency contacts and passport information, however we do limited this data for some users. You will need to contact your system administrator (internal Travel Help Desk) if you need access to this information and you cannot view it.
Trips Summary
- Approved Trips: How many of the trips have been Approved/Confirmed.
- Trips to High Risk Destinations: How many of the trips have been Approved/Confirmed and have been defined as High Risk by the organisation.
- Country Advisories updated in the past 7 days: How many advisories were updated in the last 7 days, Nutrip refreshes them daily.
Traveller Messaging
- Messages sent: Number of messages that have been sent to travellers via the Traveller Tracker. A message sent to multiple travellers, counts as a single message.
- Messages not delivered: Number of messages sent that have not been delivered. In case of multiple recipients, if any of them was not delivered, the whole message is marked as not delivered.
- Messages not read: Number messages that have been delivered but have not been read. Note that some mailbox features will mark emails as "read" even if they were not read by a human, for example email forwarding or email scanning.
